Zoey and Utopia

The puppy evaluation party is tomorrow, so hopefully we can get some really good stacked pictures of the smooshies. I am trying to not think about some of my little smooshies going away and I will try my best not to cry. They are definitely a whole lot of work but they have really grown on me!

It Is Hard Being a Puppy!!

All of the smooshies are doing well. I cannot believe they are already 7 weeks old! The time just seems to have flown by. :-) I can still remember talking to them inside of Ditto and when they were just little furry slugs. The official puppy evaluation party is next Saturday. Penni will be flying in and hopefully we will also have a collection of other Cardigan breeders in attendance. Some of the smooshies will even be going to their new homes soon. It will be sad on my end but I know they will be going to GREAT homes! :-)
On another note, congratulations Penni (and owners) on the wins of the Chase/Scouts puppies at the Western Reserve!

Ditto/Chase Puppies Official 6 Week Pictures

I know everyone has been patiently waiting for official weekly pictures! I missed the 5 week mark and did my best today to get 6 week pictures of the smooshies. It seems the older they get, the less eager they are to play my "stand on the table pretty" game! :-) Some appeared bored by the whole process while others could have sworn we had invented a new kind of puppy torture. At least they are all toy and treat (turkey wieners)motivated.
The smooshies also enjoyed their visit today from Chris, Michelle and friends. They must have slept for 3 hours straight afterwards!

Smooshies Have Fun Outside!

All of the smooshies are doing GREAT! They are changing everyday and learning new (sometimes naughty) things each day. They also enjoy playing with their aunties. I have not had a chance to get official 5 week old pictures since my helper had to go back to work. I will try and get some 6 week pictures this weekend. Here are some outside pictures and random pictures to tide everyone over.
