Blue Fluffy Boy Has Found A Home

Minion (a.k.a. Prince Hairy/Fluff-n-Stuff) went to his new home today. He will be living near the Dallas, TX area with his family which includes 2 two legged brothers & 2 English Bulldog friends. I know his new family will love him to pieces! :-) Not sure what his name will end up being but I'm sure it will fit him.

Cardigan Corgi Fun!!! :-)

Here is a cute video of Prince George Uno Plumpy Pants (Ditto/Charles) enjoying play time with his "brother" Prince Hairy (a.k.a. Minion), kitty sister & Aunties Mabel & Rocket. Please enjoy! :-)

Available Blue Fluffy Cardigan Puppy :-)

Meet Mr Minion (a.k.a. Prince Hairy/Prince Fluff-n-Stuff). He is a 9 week old blue fluffy male Cardigan looking for a great companion home. He comes from a fellow breeder who allowed me to borrow him to grow up with my Ditto/Charles singleton Prince George (not available). :-) They are definitely quite the pair and Minion is a sweet and laid back (yet still active) fluffy guy. His breeder and I are working together to try and find him a perfect home. Minion is a social guy that is coming along well on his crate & house training. He gets along well with the other dogs and Prince George's kitten sister! :-) He has been dewormed and will come with age appropriate vaccinations. If you are interested in this pouffy fellow feel free to e-mail me for more information.

Such a happy guy! :-)

Angus Enjoying the Beach In Portland, OR

Here are some pictures I received from Angus's new family of him enjoying himself on the beach in OR with his new Cardigan sister Meryn. He has been neutered and appears to be revealing in his new role as companion dog extraordinaire! :-) I miss him every day but it seems like he is happy!

Mimi/Angus Blue Piglets Pupdates :-)

Ms Scout (f.k.a. Lentil) says "I'm all ears"! She is living it up in Arizona & her new owners report she is a smart & happy girl :-)
Since the last update, the decision was made to place Mr Jeremiah into a companion home where he could grow and blossom. It was a hard decision because I had gotten very attached to him but I know that he is in a great home with a couple who will love him just as much (or maybe more)! :-) He is a big city dog now in Washington D.C. and appears to be relishing his role as the only dog. His new name is Thatcher.

Mimi/Fudge Smooshies 1 Year Later....

I cannot believe that the Mimi/Fudge litter turned 1 year old at the end of August! Time sure has flown and the past year has seen many new accomplishments & adventures for each of the fabulous five. :-) Regardless of where they are or what they are doing, these puppies all have great temperaments and bring joy & happiness to their owners every day! I am so glad Elaine let me use Fudge for Ms Mimi's 1st litter.
Paisley has gone to a nice companion home where she will be loved as a precious friend. It seems that the show ring just wasn't her thing but I know she will have a happy life regardless! :-)
Oliver is living the high life with his fluffy brindle Cardigan brother Wendell & I still get to see him when he comes up to the clinic with his office manager mom Heather for play dates with my crew. He is doing his best to help fill her "empty nest". :-P

Quincy finally settled in a wonderful companion/performance home in Sacremento, CA where he gets to enjoy the perks as an only dog. Kathy and Ellie have big plans in store for this happy go lucky guy & he is doing a great job of helping to heal their hearts! :-) He will be known officially as Snapdragon Once In a Blue Moon.

Mimi/Angus "Naughty" Litter Update :-)

The blue piglets have all settled in to their new homes! :-) It is so great to get updates and pictures of them on their new adventures! Mr Jeremiah is still here to grow up and he seems to be fitting in well. He has such a sweet little personality just like his mom Mimi and dad Angus. :-) Mr Kiefer found a new home not too far away with a nice couple so it looks like I'll get to watch him grow up too. He has a blue merle Cardigan brother that is only a day older and Kiefer's new name is Nickel. Ms Lentil (now known as Scout) made it safely to Arizona with her new family and they are definitely in love with her. They report that she is a very smart little girl and is keeping her Dachshund sister Dolly very active.

Mr Kiefer Is Still Available :-)

Ms Lentil has been placed and will be joining her new family in Arizona very soon. They will be driving over in their RV to pick her up and she will have a 3 year old Dachshund sister to play with. :-)
However, Mimi/Angus blue piglet Mr Kiefer is still looking for his new forever home. He is a sweet and cuddly guy and would be good as a companion or even as a nice performance dog. He is super handsome and loves to play with the other dogs! :-) He's sure to turn heads wherever he goes! If you sit down on the floor he will climb into your lap and give you kisses! Please e-mail me at corgidoctor@gmail.com if interested in Mr Kiefer and I can send you a puppy questionnaire/application.

Mimi/Angus "Naughty Litter" Update

I cannot believe the blue piglets will be 8 weeks come this Friday already! It seems like they were just born. Now comes the hard part of any litter which is placing them in new homes. I know they always go on to great things but it is still hard to watch them go. Both Mimi (CH Camelot's Out Of The Blue) & Angus (Coedwig's Snapdragon Dressed To Impress) have been extensively health tested & have great temperaments! Ms Lentil and Mr Kiefer will be available to companion/performance homes on a spay/neuter contract and Mr Jeremiah will be staying here just a little bit longer to grow. All of the blue piglets have great temperaments and love nothing more than climbing into someones lap and giving kisses! :-) They ride well in the car and do not appear to be phased by much. They also enjoy playing with the other dogs here. Mr Kiefer would probably make an excellent performance dog since he is super athletic and Ms Lentil would be a great companion/cuddle buddy. If anyone is interested in adding one of the blue piglets to their home please e-mail me at corgidoctor@gmail.com and I can send you a puppy questionnaire/application.

Mimi/Fudge Smooshies Update

Yes, I know it has been awhile since I posted but this year has proved to be just a touch hectic already! I cannot believe it is already the middle of February! All of the Mimi/Fudge smooshies are in their new homes and moving right along in their new adventures. There are so many good things for these guys and gals! :-)
Mr Oliver ended up going to live with fluffy boy Wendell from the Ditto/Chase litter (Riley's brother). Their owner is the office manager at the clinic where I work, so I still get to see both boys on a regular basis. Riley & Mabel usually get to have play dates once a week with their brothers.
Ms Mabel is growing nicely and fits in here just fine. She recently went off on a month long show dog "boot camp" with my long time handler to learn how to be a better fancy pants show dog. She traveled all over and seemed to take everything in stride. Such a good girl! Her first official show is fast approaching and then it is off to the Cardigan National Specialty.
While Mabel was away playing future show dog, I got to play with Ms Paisley who lives in Arkansas. I am so glad her new owner let me play with her for a little while! :-) She is maturing nicely and will make an appearance at the Nationals too.
Mr Bodie (f.k.a. Nigel) is turning into a very handsome boy and his having a blast with Elaine in Georgia (Fudge's owner). He recently had some fun ring experience in Atlanta and handled it like a pro! :-)
Mr Quincy will be at Nationals as well. I am told by his new owners that he is a handsome boy and has quite the personality!
